After several seasons of managing our own property, we've learned what guests actually value, which details cause problems, where money is worth spending — and where it isn't.
Now we use that experience to help other property owners start with the systems, knowledge and practical setup we had to learn along the way.

It started with one property.
Blue Moon Stays began with our own short-let in Marsaxlokk.
Several seasons of hands-on hosting taught us the things you don't learn simply by creating an Airbnb listing — what guests really value, which small details create problems, where it's worth spending money and how much easier hosting becomes when the right systems are in place.
Over time, we realised that many property owners don't necessarily need someone to manage their property forever. They need someone who has already been through the process to help them start properly and show them how it works.

Can you help me get my property ready for short-let?+
Yes. We assess the property and create a practical preparation plan covering essentials, safety, presentation and the guest experience.
Do you help with MTA requirements?+
We provide guidance and preparation support through the MTA process. We don't issue licences and can't guarantee approval — the licence and any required professional documentation or fees remain the owner's responsibility.
Do you set up Airbnb and Booking.com?+
Yes. We create and optimise both listings, including descriptions, amenities, house rules, initial pricing and availability settings.
Do you take the photographs?+
Yes. Property photography is included in the Launch packages, subject to the property's condition and the agreed scope.
Do I have to use your management service?+
No. Our main focus is helping owners set up properly and learn to run the property themselves.
What if I have never hosted before?+
That's exactly who Launch + Learn is designed for. We stay beside you for the first 30 days as you handle real enquiries, bookings, check-ins and reviews.
Can you manage my property after setting it up?+
Yes. Full Management is available for owners who prefer to stay hands-off.
Do you guarantee bookings or income?+
No. We don't promise bookings, occupancy or revenue. We focus on proper preparation, presentation, pricing guidance and good hosting practice.
Are cleaning and laundry included?+
Not in the setup packages. Under Full Management we coordinate cleaning and laundry, but the costs are charged separately to the owner.
Do I need to buy everything you recommend?+
No. We separate what's essential from what's simply recommended, so you can spend where it actually matters.
